ohanas in dec 2005 we had two waiters?

Hi: I am reading threads about ohanas and they do not mention having two waiters. We went down in dec 2005 there were three of us and we had two male waiters who were excellent. Has anyone else had two waiters at ohanas or just one waiter?

We had one waiter that brought us our appetizers and salad and another that actually took care of our table. However, they both brought over skewers of meat to see if we wanted any.

I find that 'Ohana servers work as a team. We had a primary waiter, and then other servers supplementing what he was doing, but some of them also had tables of their own.

when we were there in 2005 I remember 3 different people , one took the order one got the appitizers and one who brought over the meats. In 2006 only one waitress did it all. I have two ADR's this trip so I will see how many we have next time.

All the servers have an assistant who usually brings the appetizers and helps with refills. The server usually brings the drinks, meat and checks on how everything is going.
