Ohana's at 5 too late to make MVMCP?

My DH and I are eating at Ohana's for the first time the same night we're doing our first MVMCP. Our Ohana's ressie is at 5pm, and I know we can easily take the monorail to the MK. I guess my question is, since Ohana's is served family style, any guesses on how long a full meal will take? I've heard the crowds getting into MVMCP around 7 are pretty bad, so I guess I'm worried that's how long it will take before we get there.

My other option is to make a ressie for LTT (we don't mind using park passes for our MVMCP day) - any idea what a good time for this will be (if there's even any choices left)? Thanks!

My advice is to get to Ohana's early so you are seated hopefully on time. All the monorail restaurants are packed party nights.

I think the meal 'should' be about an hour. Maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes. I definitely think you could get to MK before 7:00p.

I think you will have no luck getting LTT at this late date. Its been pretty much booked solid since May.

I've seen this a lot and I've tried different combinations of what this might stand for but can't seem to figure it out.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

MY hubby and I did kona's last year at 5:00. And we has plenty of time to get to mvmcp. Maybe you might want to try there.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

It is a "hard ticket" event, which means you have to have a special ticket. Basically they will clear out the park and only let in people with actual tickets. It is possible to get in with your ticket as early as 4:00pm, and you will be given a special wristband that allows you to stay.

Click here for a lot more information.
