'Ohana without bananas?

Can the dessert at 'Ohana be ordered without the bananas? I can't eat them and I didn't know if they were cooked into the sauce, or added on top of the bread pudding and then the sauce poured on.

I avoided Sleepy Hallow fruit waffles for a long time thinking they came with bananas, but then realized that the fruits aren't all mixed together and you can have them leave off the banana. I didn't know if that was possible at 'Ohana!

When we ate at Ohana 2 weeks ago, the caramel sauce had changed. There were NO bananas, and not even any banana flavor. Not sure if that is the new normal or if we just hit them on a night where they ran out of bananas. Honestly, the sauce tasted like it came from a bottle...was not the same as in the past at all.

If you trust that this http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2009/06/09/recipe-ohana-bread-pudding/ is the official recipe, you should be fine. It appears the bananas are mixed with no other ingredient, just added at the end.

I can't eat bananas either. I have asked them to bring me a small side of the sauce w/o bananas. No problems!

I don't remember any bananas actually being in the bread pudding but I know Disney is very good with food allergies and if you let your server know you can't eat bananas, they will take care of you!
