Sooo...my DF and I have already booked our rehearsal dinner at Ohana...but we aren't very satisfied and are lookin to explore other options.

We just assumed that Ohana would be the cheapest option, but we honesly don't know what a catered event would would cost!

Has anyone had a catered dinner at Disney World? We've heard of some good ones at yacht and beach club and the GF convention center.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We actually had a welcome dinner at Italy Isola during IllumiNations. The buffet was $52 p.p. Of course, alcohol, decorations, and (in EPCOT) the viewing fee drove the price up higher.

I also had a tea party at the GF Convention Center. There are many customizable options there.

Ohhh cool!! Thanks for letting us know! We are trying to look into the GF convention center to see if that would be cheaper and more intimate than Ohana.

You may also be able to do an event during normal operating hours at one of the restaurants at Downtown Disney. For example, Raglan Road has private and semi-private areas and offers menus starting around $30/person. Fulton's and Wolfgang Puck's also have private rooms, and Portobello Yacht Club can give you a special section.
