Ohana reported closed for rehad 1/2-2/1

Okay, I've seen this again that O'Hana will be closed for rehab over our travel dates. I just made dinner reservations there a few weeks ago for our upcoming trip in Janaury. Should I wait for Disney to call me or assume everything is okay until I hear (offically) something different.

This happened to us resort-wise once and we got a nice upgrade for the inconvenience. Do they do anything like that for resturant changes.

And the bigger question, what do I replace it with if we have to cxl O'Hana. We've already done Hoop dee do serveral times. We are staying at BLT.

'Ohana's is scheduled for a refurb in January according to a few sites, but it has been listed as only Jan 17-20th (and opening for supper on the 20th)

Sure, it was in the Allearsnet newsletter that I received in my email box this morning. It was listed in the "All Ears Hears" section so not confirmed. It was reported by someone who called reservations and was told the info over the phone.

I would love for someone to tell me he is wrong. I really want to try this resturant during our vacation-- January 19-26.

I have a reservation @ 5PM on 1/10. I just got off the phone with a CM to confirm if the restaraunt will be open during our stay. She confirmed 'Ohana will be open for dinner on that day. If you have a reservation, I would call the Dining Line to confirm the day you have a reservation for. Disney Dining only shows a closure for 1/17, 1/18, 1/19.
