Hi- I can't decide between the two for dinner. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! I have a dd 7, ds 4 Thanks!!

Kona has the best food but we love Ohana for the view of the castle. They also have activities for kids. The bread pudding, potatoes and wings are awesome. Try Ohana first.

I have to agree, both are good but we think Ohana's is better.

I love 'Ohana. I think both the food and the atmosphere are better than Kona. (Although I do really think Kona's food is good.)

I would vote for Kona...but your 2 kids would probably like ohana.

I'm glad you asked. We were just debating the same thing. Our cast is DH, DS7 and me. We've done the Ohana breakfast and enjoyed it, but haven't ever eaten dinner at either restaurant.

They are both wonderful. I say add them both and get rid of something else.

For your young kids, I would probably go with Ohana. You can't go wrong with either place though.

Do you all really like the food at Ohana? I thought most people liked Kona food better? I am debating the same thing. Do they do something at dinner for the kids?

As far as atmosphere, the kids would like Ohana. As far as food, you would like Kona.

We personally do not like Ohana due to a few reasons, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. :)

I really liked the food at Ohana. It was a nice break from what we had been eating our whole vacation. They serve a lot of meat, so it is a really hearty meal. If you don't love meat, it will probably not be a place you love. The atmopshere is great too. The waiters are fun, they do hawaiian dances, activities, music and they have a lady that does entertainment. The food at Kona is better, but the atmosphere at Ohana can't be beat.

For the food I would choose Kona Cafe over Ohana. The menu at Ohana is too limited for us. For us it was pretty much, done that, move one. We visit Kona Cafe about 6 times a year now.
