Can someone please tell me if there are waffles and if they are served at the same time as the skillet? Do you have to ask for the waffles or do they automatically come?
The kids will def want the waffles instead of the eggs!
Thanks so much!:goodvibes

I don't think they have waffles. This is the menu I have seen:

Hua Paka (Scrambled Eggs) - made fresh, hot & delicious
Uala Kahiki (Fried Potatoes) - island-style potatoes, caramelized onions & scallions
Pua'a (Pork) - pork breakfast sausage links & smoked bacon
Assorted Warm Breakfast Breads
Seasonal Fruit Bowl for na Keiki (Kids)

Unlimited Orange Juice, Milk and Coffee included

They did have Mickey waffles at Ohanas last Aug. The server came round with them when the breakfast came but if you wanted anymore we had to ask, but they brought some more, no problem.

They serve Mickey waffles. They come out with the rest of the main meal. You can ask for more. In addition to the items mentioned by a pp, they also bring out fresh fruit and pineapple bread.

I was there last Wednesday, March 5, and YES, they do have Mickey waffles! There is actually a waffle man and he comes around to the tables with them. ;) Ours arrived a minute or two before the skillet did.

Yes, you can have more than the two they give you to start--our cousin went to get the bowl and gave us as many as we wanted.

The juice wasn't orange juice, though (which I detest) but seemed to be an orange/pineapple mix which was delicious.

Have a great time! We really enjoyed the food at breakfast.

Another vote for yes they have waffles. We went in Dec. and they had Mickey waffles. My kids are not big egg eaters, either.

We were there this past Sunday and they had mini Mickey waffles. My children loved this meal!! My youngest (10 months) loved the pineapple bread and we had to ask for more just for him. The juice was very tastey...it reminded me of the guava juice we had in Hawaii.

Yes they have waffles. And even my DSis agreed they were pretty good. Especially when we ordered more and they came nice and hot!:cloud9:
Ours were served with our skillet-here's the proof.

I agree about the waffles - they definitely have them.

Great photo of the skillet Disneydaz! This has been our favorite meal out of all that we've tried so far - the best breakfast! My DSS ate about 3 servings of the pineapple bread alone! And the juice is delicious (maybe mango or papaya in there?!).

Have fun!

Thanks for the compliment  ! I agree that the juice was very good. :cloud9: I believe it is POG (Passion?, Orange, and Guava)

I loved the juice, but my kids did not. Our server quickly noticed and asked them what they wanted. They both got chocolate milk. We had a great time at this meal.
