how often do the meat skewers come around? i can only eat the chicken and steak. how much of each meat can you ask for when they bring them to your table?

They will give you all you want limited only by what is on their skewer. They seem to come around twice during our meals.

They continuously circulate. Let one of them know that you particularly like the meat she/he has, and the biggest problem is to keep them from standing at your elbow all night!

Seriously, if steak shows up and you wanted more shrimp, tell the steak server and he'll steer a shrimp skewer (or 3) your way.
