Ohana - do we have enough time?

I'm probably overthinking this, but I have a 10:10am reservation on our check out day for 8 people at Ohana. We are staying at the Polynesian & will bring our bags to bell services before breakfast.

If we need to leave for the airport at around 1:30pm (for a 4 o'clock flight) that is plenty of time for our character breakfast, right?
I figure the meal will take around 90mins, but I'm just worried if they are late to seating us. We have a little over 3 hours, so I think even if they are running late, we should still have a cushion of time?

It only took us maybe an hour if that. I doubt you'd have any issues. Food comes fast and characters don't take that long.

If you are out of there after noon it would be because you are choosing to eat very slow or keep re-ordering!

However we would be leaving our bags with bell services at our hotel (POFQ) so I need to budget time to get back there and retrieve bags in time to meet our car service so I may aim for a slightly earlier reservation around 9:30-9:45. You will be totally fine, especially if you are bringing your bags to Poly with you.
