We are planning on booking 'Ohana for dinner this trip, we have never been. I thought I read something about their being "extra" kids options that they can bring out. I can't seem to find the thread. Honestly my kids will love it...its me I'm worried about, I can't eat shrimp, I don't care for thigh meat, so I'm banking on the steak. Trying to take one for the team here but if some chicken nuggets happened to appear , I might be a bit more relaxed , ha !

There's so much food even before the meat, you may not want anything else after the steak. I'm so full when I leave there and I can never eat all of the dishes served. I usually only eat the steak and shrimp of the meat, but could still get full off one or the other along with the rest of the meal. It's A LOT of food.

We took our DD to 'Ohana when she was 5 (last February), and she was given chicken nuggets and french fries. I'm sure they would bring them for you if you ask! (Agree with PP that it's a LOT of food before the meat comes.)

Some people feel otherwise but the I thought the steak was awful. Overcooked and tough, even meat coming from different skewers. If you're going and only plan on eating steak you might wind up being disappointed.

Overall it has been my least favorite meal at Disney over 8 trips and my wife felt the same. The drinks they serve in the pineapple are pretty good though.

I love ‘Ohana and always fill up before the meats even come. The salad, potstickers, veggies, noodles, and bread have always been great. I rarely even eat any meat. The rest of my family loves the steak and chicken! If you’d like your steak cooked a certain way, ask and they will do it. We’ve also requested chicken nuggets just in case, not a problem!

Ohana's is our favorite restaurant (twice very trip). Back we my daughter was 5 she was in the middle of a phase where she would only eat mac and cheese, hot dogs (minus the buns) and chicken nuggets. The very kind waiter brought her out chicken nuggets. And I have some great photos of her during the coconut races.

You can fill up on salad and noodles. Both are great. They brought my daughter chicken nuggets when we ate there so you should be able to get some.

My daughter had Mac and cheese. Just keep in mind that you will be paying the Ohana dinner price regardless of what is ordered by kids
