DS3 is really into Lilo and Stitch right now. This is one character breakfast we've never tried. Typically every trip we do Chef Mickey's, loving the variety...can anyone give me their opinions on Ohana's? Was it fun, good interaction, good food? Thanks! :goodvibes

We were two adults, but since we ARE Lilo and Stitch (I'm a foster mom and she was very Stitch-like in her younger days), we were so thrilled to attend this breakfast last summer. We got great hugs and pictures of the two stars and also saw Mickey and Pluto. There was some kind of dancing thing for the younger crowd, too. The food was yummy, mostly regular breakfast food with really interesting juice and bread! I also enjoyed the view from the Poly; that was a nice plus I wasn't expecting. Have a fun trip!

Thanks so much. I am normally a stick with what's good kind of gal, but love to branch out and try new things for DS. It's so wonderful to see his face light up at the characters that he loves. And, I figure I'd better take advantage while he's still young enough to think it's so cool...although, I still think it's so cool! :lmao:

It's also nice that they bring the food to you so you don't have to worry about missing characters while in line. I am taking my DD5 there for a surprise breakfast in June, she really likes Stitch.:)

Yes, I am huge fan of the buffet variety, but something sounds very appealing about having the food just brought to me in an all you care to eat style. What mom or dad for that matter, doesn't love being waited on on vacation? :thumbsup2

O'hana is a must for us. We go every trip. The character enaction is always good esp Stitch. Last trip he threw dh's hat on the floor. Then he saw my nephew's b-day cupcake. Stitch picked it up and smashed it in my nephew's face. We have the best pictures of it. The whole family still talks about it. Plus the pineapple bread is really good along with the rest of the food. Oh and the juice is really good.

We had a great time in September, it was Stitch, Pluto and Mickey. I agree with above poster, the juice was really good!!!:goodvibes

Sounds like fun for older kids, is the interaction pared down for the young ones. DS is only 3, I don't know how he'd react to that kind of stuff.

I have 3 DDs 4,9 and 11 and they LOVE Ohana breakfast. They have done Chef Mickey, but every trip when I ask where they want to go for character breakfast they pick Ohana. We all love the food andlyes the juice too, and they have a great time. Plus we always seem to get the same table and have a great view of Cinderella Castle for our breakfast!

We absolutely love the O'hana breakfast and do it everytime we are at WDW. You get a great view of the MK, the food brought to you. And the characters do a wonderful job of spending just enough time at each and every table. They have a cute conga type line that they do with the characters and kids also. My dd's are older and still absolutely love it! :)

We've been going to O'hana since my niece was 3 and she's now 8 plus we've watched the tables around us with little ones. The characters do a good job deciding how to enact. Last trip a little boy next to us was scared to death. he was about 2 and poor baby was hiding his head the whole time. All the characters did a good job trying to not make the situation worse. Stitch tried to wave to him across the table etc. but it didn't work so he moved on (after the mom got her picture taken with him).
