I was there on January 14, and it sounds like the menu was the same as other more recent visitors have reported. The appetizer is fried wonton strips - not stuffed like they were before, just like chips. They are served with three sauces. I don't like them.

Also delivered is the traditional salad with honey lime dressing, which is still great.
The appetizers are the honey coriander wings (about the same as ever, but saucier) and the sweet & sour peel & eat shrimp. The shrimp themselves are very similar to the old shrimp they grilled on the skewers, but instead they are sauteed and served in a nice sweet & sour sauce. I like them

, and you can still have all you want.
The skewer dishes are usually marinated beef sirloin, turkey, pork loin, and pork sausage. All are good, except I'm not really a fan of the sausage. These are accompanied by "Maui Scalloped Potatoes" which are a sliced potatoes au gratin dish. I liked them, but they are a little on the oily side. You also get stir fried veggies, which are about the same as they always were, but now delivered at a more approproate time. I miss the fried rice, and I think it would be appropriate delivered at this point.
My understanding is that you can still get the caramel pineapple dessert if you ask for it. However, I think the new bananas foster bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream is to die for!
I think 'Ohana is still a really good restaurant. If they would replace the wonton "chips" with the old fried wontons and bring back the banana bread, they would be better than ever, IMO!
Tim, who has eaten at 'Ohana at least once every year since 1997!
