Ohana breakfast questions

First, regarding the beverages, I see the Milk, Coffee and POG juice on the menu. Do you have to pay extra for hot tea or a different juice like orange juice? Second, can we choose a few things of the plant based menu without the entire skillet? ie eggs upset my mom's stomach so I was thinking she could see if she likes the egg substitute and also, I am an omnivore but I love the Beyond Meat brats and would love to try a link of their breakfast sausage. And third, are there other options for waffle toppings like blueberry syrup?

We had breakfast there last month. Orange juice and regular coffee were included. Kona coffee was extra. I’m not sure about your other questions.
