I've heard the poly is a great place to watch the fireworks, but wanted to confirm its true. Also, with 5:30 reservations at O'Hana..assuming we are done by 7, is there stuff for a 2 year old to do at the poly for an hour or so, or does it make more sense to just head back to MK?

Personally I would head back to MK for the view of the fireworks.

We went down to the beach and got seats near a speaker on the beach. Then the kids played in the sand at the edge of the water. They built a cute little drip castle. They still talk about that as one of their best nights. :cloud9: After Wishes we took a boat over to MK for EMHs. :goodvibes

I totally agree. We had some of our best nights watching the fireworks from the poly. I remember my son at age 2 gleefully playing in the sand as we sat on the beach waiting for the show to begin. Maybe you can buy him a bucket and shovel at the gift shop before you head down to the beach.

Isn't there also a little boat "light parade" before the fireworks you can see from the beach??
