I've been posting here for a couple of weeks now so I figured I'd do my own little introduction post.
Hiiiii I'm Sara. On Halloween 2008 I got married at the Shades of Green resort (I'm wearing my bride ears in some of our wedding pictures) and afterwards we went to Magic Kingdom for the Not So Scary Halloween Party. I was 27 and it was my first trip to Disney, and my husband's second. We were pretty much instantly addicted. I wore my "Just Married" pin the entire time I was there, while my husband didn't at first and he caught so much (good natured) flack from the CMs that he finally put it on his bag. And in one of the parades the guy who was playing Walt Disney told us congratulations during the parade, which made my day. Though what was even better was getting my picture taken with Chip and Dale at Epcot. I've been a huge fan pretty much all my life so even though I knew it was just two people in suits I was as giddy as a school girl. My husband couldn't stop laughing at me afterwards. They're not kidding when they talk about Disney magic!
Since then we've attended the Christmas party last year and booked a vacation for the Halloween party again this year. It's at the beginning of October but it's sort of our anniversary trip anyway. Saying I'm excited would be an understatement.
So far I'm loving this forum and y'all are awesome. I'm a very chatty person (is it obvious) so I apologize if I post way too often. I'm also really into photography so I love posting to the photo threads. So far no one has seemed to mind though.
