Oh my, I've gone and hurt the Tag Fairy. I was trying sooo hard to be "helpful" and not "hurtful" but I see (new tag is evidence) I've failed terribly. Tell you what....come Sunday as you always do and I'll take you out to eat until I can get the menu thing straightened out. Any place of *your* choosing! And don't worry about being seen in public in your state, I have lots of black, very slenderizing outfits you can borrow. And no, I won't be embarrassed being seen with you. I'm secure enough in who I am to handle it. There. Much better, huh?

Oh, you folks don't know. You see, I happen to *personally know* the Tag Fairy. She (that's right....SHE) has been coming to my home every Sunday for well over a year for "scrumptious pot roast" and that's, most likely, one of the reasons for her weight gain. (There's a post to her from me about this very thing yesterday.That's when I hurt the sweet thing's feelings! )


As for buying her something pretty, I'd planned to do just that after we went out for Sunday lunch. Thing is, she *refuses* to eat out. Will only accept invitations to dine in my home. Man....I must be one heck of a great cook!

P.S. And I didn't call her "fat". I casually mentioned that she had "balooned". Not the same thing at all.

No, I must say if someone had said I ballooned I think I might have my feelings hurt just a bit, though if this helps, my cat is a bit overweight and we use the word "Girthy" so she doesn't feel bad...
