OH NO!! This system is DOWN! Did anybody else get this?

After being on hold for about 35 minutes, I finally got a live person who told me the computers were down!!!!!! She took all my information, including the resort I wanted an AP code applied to and both my home and work numbers and said she would call me back when the system is up and running. Anyone else get this? Do you think she'll REALLY call me back?

Oh the FRUSTRATION!!!!!!! :badpc:

Yes, I got the same story. I left my info. but I'm back on the phone trying again. You never can tell -- it could be working by the time I get through again. (Fingers crossed.)
 
I just got off the phone at 8 am and the computer was up, when did you get thru for the system to be down. I would call back, they take a while to call you back.
 

Noooooo! I've been on hold since 7:20am...please don't tell me the system will be down when I finally get a CM!

Call back. I did and was able to get the AP rate -- saved a total of $133! :earsboy:
 
It happened to me.. but Im back on hold. I'd rather try again than wait for her call.. especially since people are getting rates..
 
Just called back and got through again at 8:25a. CM said computers still down...technicians running around like crazy! :badpc: How are some people getting through?

And I thought trying to get CRT was bad!!!! I'M SOOOOO STRESSED!!!!!!!!!!! :crazy:
 
This is so frustrating. Some people are getting the rate and some are being told that the system is down. Welcome to Disney! Seems like things are always confusing. I was on hold and then was told to call back later because the system was down. I called right back again and held for 20 minutes or so and then a CM came on and took my information and said she would apply the code for me. I wanted to apply the code to my sister's reservation because I had read on the Dis that you can get up to three rooms with an AP. However, the CM said that my sister would have to have an AP as well to get the code rate. What's up with that?? :confused3

She must have a different res. #. You need to add her room to your reservation. They will list her name as being in the room though and you can put her room on her card at check-in.
 
First I shall wish all who have been looking towards this day...good hunting...hope you all get the hotel you want and the views you love.

I just got off the phone, I had to call through the Grand Gathering Hot Line, as I am booking a Grand Gathering. Well, (Drum Roll Please) I was able to get the rooms I needed. It was painless also. I had pre-code booked 4 rooms at the Wilderness Lodge, and I called talk to a great guy name Bruce and he helpped me get my 4 rooms with the new AP code applied. I did have to upgrade two of my rooms from standard to woodsview but I had long told my party that that was a possiblity. So NOW I only have to sit back and wait for MAY 12, because DISNEY WORLD HERE I COME.

As I said before I hope all get what they need and want.

Thank you, thank you!! :Pinkbounc I hadn't thought about calling Grand Gathering. Duh! I called and got through in no time. :cool1: :banana: I am so happy!
 
What is the Grand Gathering line number? Does anyone know if their system is working again. I keep getting told it is down.

I am on with a CM now........he is checking for me.......not avail (6/24-6/26) at ASMo is avail at ASMu. The kids will be dissappointed but 3 rooms for 2 nights saved us$150.
