For our upcoming trip in October we all have our favorites. We each get to pick 2 places to eat and then there are some must do and special occasions.
I found out yesterday it looks like LTT is closed for refrub, this is my husbands favorite. Any suggestions on a replacement??
This is our list of meals we plan on attempting during our 10 day trip

Hoop de doo (tradition)
Chef Mickey
Crystal Palace
Sci Fi
Coral Reef
Rose N crown (for our anniversary)
CRT
Ohana
BOG
And........ he has considered Teppon Edo (liked before), Whispering canyon (never tried) or Le Cellier (Didn't like prior but been years and maybe had an off day)

other ideas?

Oh man, I love LTT. I can't suggest anywhere with similar food, but 1900 Park Fare is a quick ride on the monorail. It's one of our favorites!

Call the reservation line. Sometimes (but usually during peak times) they will open Diamond Horseshoe, which has the same type food and is served in the same manner. You will not see it online, however. You have to call. We were there after Thanksgiving and LTT was closed out to our adding 2 to our party. I called every day to try to add the extra guests, and around the 4th time I called the CM suggested we reserve Diamond Horseshoe; I was thrilled. We ate there back in the 70's but it has never been open when we've since visited. it's a chance.

Thanks!! Great idea, maybe they are opening it because of the refrub! We could get lucky here.
