OH NO, deleted e-mail ticket voucher

I bought my husband a park hopper at Disneyland.com and they emailed the voucher but I accidentally deleted it!!!! I think we can go to the ticket window and have them look it up, but can they also do that at the DL hotel since we are staying there?

I feel so stupid for deleting it, now stressing!!

You should be able to contact them and get the info. My inlaws were going to join us 2 years ago, bought their park hoppers and then couldn't make it. We went the following year and my brother was coming (we had APs) and so we bought them from my inlaws. They didn't have the email anymore so they contacted ticketing and were able to get the email with the vouchers resent.

Thanks for the tip, I just called and they said they would NOT resend the email voucher that we have to pick it up at the ticket window when we get there. They did not know if the DL hotel could look it up for us and issue the ticket instead.

I'm sorry you deleted, and sorry they couldn't resend. You will not have any major problems at the ticket window; just make sure you bring your credit card and if you have any confirmation, bring that. Even if you don't, I think you'll be fine. It took us maybe 15-20 minutes (!) but that was also sometime in the evening when there was no-one there. I reckon that sometimes they might not put their most experienced CMs at the ticket window when the ticket stands are dead, you know?

(I did one worse than deleting. I emailed mine to my.name@google.com instead of gmail.com!)
