Oh no ... AP form lost in the post

I´m near a nervous breakdown ! :crazy2:

I have ordered two APs via post with all copies (Visa, Passport, ID, Shareholder) as I did last year. Last year everything went very well. :thumbsup2

But this time it´s now a month ago and I get nervous because we will be going from 25th March and I need these APs. :scared:

I wrote the custom service an email and they answered me that they did not received my letter !!???!! :scared1:

I can´t belive this because the letter did not come back to me also.

They told me to search for it but it´s another two days since the last email.

I have also send an email to the shareholder contact today and hope that they could help me also.

If i did not hear anything until Friday, I guess I have to call the AP bureau directly. :scared1:

Oh my god....with my horrible English ! :blush: I´m scared to do this.

If they still did not find my letter here is Plan B:

I will buy two APs via fnac.com .... print them out and get the APs inside DLP.

But what happened if they find my letter then ? Then i will have 4 APs !?! :sad2:

I´m completly lost......

HELP !!!!!

Oh dear, its getting very close to when you go now, without having this sorted out.
As your letter to DLP for your APs has apparently got lost in the mail, I think you should email DLP and tell them whats happened, and that you wish to cancel the application if your forms don't turn up with them by say 1st March. If they do get the forms, ask them to please send your APs out as quickly as possible, as you are coming to DLP on 25th March.

Then I would buy whichever APs you want through fnac or another reputable company.

2. Pay with Credit Card
3. Print the tickets out at home
4. With these tickets I will go to the AP office at DLP. Which one ? Inside the Park or near Salon Mickey (Donalds Desk ? Is that what it´s called) ?

Do I have to bring pictures of myself or my ID or any other things with me to the AP office ?

you don't have to bring pictures, but you will need photo ID for both of you when you get your AP made permanent, at either the AP office or Bureau Donald.
 

They took over 2 months to process my order through the mail last year.

It is very likely they simply misplaced your letter or it's on the bottom of a pile. They first tried to do this to me as well, but I had sent it registered and could prove they had it.

YES !!!!!!

I was never so happy about charging my credit card !!!

They found my letter and I see the amount on my credit card allready !

That was a tough ride and I hope that they will send the APs to me soon.

And I can see now that they use the Shareholder Rabat on my two APs also !
