I bought tickets for MNSSHP through member services the other day. They gave me a confirmation# and said I would need that to pick up through will call.

I can't figure out where I wrote it down

And now they are closed so I can't call to see if there is anything I can do about It.

Does anyone know?

They maybe able to track it down by your phone #.

They will be able to track it. We had tickets for a disney event much the same and as I was fumbling around for the confirmation number the guest services CM said not to worry....he could look it up. I did end up finding it, and he just used that.....but at least I know there is a way for them to find it!

We bought tickets last week and didn't need the confirmation number to pickup the tickets. Just had to show them our member card.

same here for MVMCP... they just asked for ID
If it is a discounted ticket, they would probably want your membership card also.

I bought MNSSHP tickets last month, and the CM told me that they make a note of your confirmation number in your file - so if you loose it, they can always give it to you again.

They will be able to recover your confirmation number. It is always starts with letters, which is a combination of your last name and first name followed by some numbers. Member Services will also have the confirmation number in your file.

I was also told by MS that if I knew I lost it they could look it up but to be sure to get the info before I needed it because if MS was already closed for the day or not open at all I would be out of luck. Good to know I can just show my ID if I forget the paper I wrote it down on.

We bought DVC-discounted MNSSHP tix last week...the CM told me if I lose my confirmation number just to give them my DVC card and the credit card I used and they could retrieve the reservation that way...

You should be just fine...

you need to show your blue dvc card plus Id when you pick up the tickets, it's OK if you lost the conf #; they can cross reference.
