OH NO!!! Alamo! Advice Needed

Just read today Alamo in DTD is closing (for the new hotel construction project) June 30th (or earlier). We have a rental to return there July 1!! It's on my reservation and everything. Having trouble determining where the next nearest Alamo is and if they have a free shuttle to take us to DLH after we drop our car. Frustrated, confused, annoyed, need to get this straightened out. It may even change the cost of my reservation for the worse waaaahhhh!!! Talk me down.

RE-check rental options. Are you a Costco member? I find the best rates through them.

I ended up using National Rental Car. The drop off point was the Hilton a few blocks away. We pulled in and returned the car and just grabbed a taxi over to GCH. It was $10. I'm sure UBER or LYFT would be about the same or less. It was real easy and I wouldn't have a problem doing it again.

Update- just talked to the DTD location. They are moving the location to the Paradise Pier Hotel. At least that's what they told me today. I'm going to call back in June to confirm.

RE-check rental options. Are you a Costco member? I find the best rates through them.

I booked through Costco. My rate is excellent. I do not need to make any adjustments according to Alamo, and they said they'd honor my rate.

CCI is behind it on the map.

CCI is next door to the A-Mart on Harbor, not next to Alamo on Katella. The south side of the CCI may back the Alamo parking lot, but I don't think you can access Alamo from that hotel. We've not seen an entrance to the Alamo office or a path from the CCI on any of our stays (but, to be fair, we haven't looked for one -- when heading for the parks, renting a car was far from our thoughts). I looked on the Alpine Inn website, and their map has Alamo right next door on Katella (enlarge the map about 3 or 4 times to see the Alpine Inn on this map: http://www.alpineinnanaheim.com/contact-us/location-a-map.html). The Desert Palms hotel isn't on the map above either, for some reason, but it also is on Katella, between the 7-11 and Alamo.

CCI’s entrance is on Harbor. Alpine’s is on Katella. Enter there for the Katella Alamo location. They have a shuttle to take you back. It’s super easy.

Or just walk back.

We are exactly the same... meant to return our car to Alamo in DTD on 30th July.... hoping the advice given is correct and
the office will just move to paradise pier...

I just stayed at the Alpine Inn. There is a tiny Alamo rental car lot in between the Alpine Inn and the Desert Palms hotel. If you blink you may miss it.

That would sound right, I rented a car last week from DTD Alamo and the cars were kept in the PPH parking lot.
