i went to retrieve all of my ADRs on the disney website...and it said please put in reservation number and telephone number. and i did, as i have all in my email. and this is what popped up


Sorry, we are unable to retrieve your reservation. Please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-3463. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardians permission to dial this number.





:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::sad1: what do i do!? besides call the dining reservation and ask them asap tomorrow?!
 
It's been happening - I don't know about a lot, but happening. DON'T WORRY. It seems to be a website problem. Go ahead and call, they're open five more minutes (if you're reading this right now). I bet your reservations are intact.
 
The same has happened to me today!!! :confused3 Did you call? I need to but it is a surprise for my children and if I call he 9 year old will know what is up...:confused:
 

Same thing happened to me earlier today. I have confirmation emails and #'s but the website couldn't find it. I called and they said they could see both missing reservations in their system.

Thankfully (I think thankfully) it's a known issue that lots of people seem to be having and it seems to be in relation to the latest upgrade. I am sure that as soon as the issue is fixed, there will be lots of activity on the main thread. :goodvibes
