There are miscategorized rooms on TP. And a lot with incorrect bed configurations.
As for the photos, remember, those are guest provided photos, not TP provided (in most cases) and I believe they have to rely on guest honesty that the pic they give is really taken from the room they say it is.


You can still do both. Just because you got a room notice via text doesn't mean you can't go to the front desk too.

Of course, just defeats the idea of streamlining the checkin as far as I'm concerned.
