But that's what I was trying to request. So, I have a Cat 3 reservation, but I was really interested in 2007. Is there a fax request form, and where do you get it from - as well as where do you send it.

You can take any fax form and fax it to the following:

Here's a silly question... I'm going for Easter of 2006 and want to book Thanksgiving of 2007.... I don't want to wait until I get on the boat in April of 2006 since the 2007 rates will already be out... so.... do I book when the rates come out and then "re-book" on the ship for the discount or will my discount from booking so early be better anyway?

Not so silly. You should book when the rates come out and then when you cruise over Easter compare the rates - early booking vs. booking onboard with onboard credit. I wouldn't be surprised if your early booking rate was better even after factoring in the discount and onboard credit.

No, it is my understanding that the request fax process is used to handle the high demand for the suites (Cat 1, 2, & 3).

I have never heard anyone using Inventory Control for your kind of request and I wouldn't think you should have to.

I've been checking both the boards and DCL website every day. Next week is our vacation to Disneyland, and I'm paranoid that the rates will be released that week! Not saying they would be, but I'm so used to checking every day and I won't have access to a computer. Guess I could always call DCL instead.
