Um, they had some at Jo's last night (in Milford). They were 40% off. I was good and didn't buy any. I don't neeeeeeeeed them, since I have SCAL. Repeat, I don't neeeeeeeeed them, since I have SCAL.

Oh, and by the way, Jo's has marked down their clearance again. They had some Cuttlebug embossing folders for $1.97 and $.97, rubons for $.97, some of the regular Sizzix dies for $3.97, etc., etc.

Yeah! Z2H and I were in Jos (AGAIN!) last night with a friend and gobbled up a bunch of clearance/sale stuff - including a rolling tote for crops.

One question though - I almost bought one of the Sizzix texture #1 "So Girly" plate packs (6 in there and they were big - the one with crowns, etc.) and on clearance for 3.97. Z2H said she didn't think they would work in our Cuttlebug. (We don't have a Sizzix.) Regretfully, I put them back down (they had a bunch). But, I know there are sometimes work arounds with extra pads, etc. to get these things to work on other platforms. Here's a link to see it:

Anyone know if/how they might work on a Cuttlebug...? I'd love to go back and grab one if so! TIA!

Yep, they work in the Cuttlebug. I have a link somewhere to instructions on how to use them in the Cuttlebug. Let me do a little research.

Can't ever have too many embossing folders.

And then if you happen to find a really BIG die cut in your cart, that would be okay too.

Just be sure to tell your sponsor which ones you got so she can borrow them.

You don't know how close we came to calling you from Jo's last night to ask you to check on this for us...!

Just got back AGAIN from Jo's - grabbed the set for $2.97. Also had to buy the "starter Texturz" embossing set for $11 (sale) to get a silicone pad, which those directions in the link said I needed. So, now I've got 12 Sizzix texture plates to play around and have fun with! (Sadly, in addition to my zillions of Cuttlebug embossing folders...) But, embossing makes me happy!

Will report back to let you know how I make out...

The paper I needed to start my T'n'T swap was there except one color.... I have to go back on Tuesday and hope it's in... if not I'm gonna be miffed....
