I’m sure that someone who uses a scooter will chime in, but I have been to Oga’s 15-20 times, and I have never seen a scooter in there. The place is very tight. The standing tables and bar would be too tall for a scooter, and they seat multiple groups at the booths, so a scooter would need to be positioned just so at a booth to allow a pathway for servers and other patrons, as well as the other group(s) at the booth. The way the entrance is, I would think it would be kind of tricky maneuvering a scooter in the door in the first place.
 
We took in a small zero radius power chair (Whill) and even that was a tight squeeeze. There's no way they'll let in a scooter. They might transfer you to a manual chair.

We had to wait longer because obviously the high seat tables won't work.
 
Note the following experience was from a trip to Disneyland in 2019. I was in a power wheelchair, and a CM ran interference for me as she led me to a spot at the bar. I didn't notice any ECV's while I was there, and neither the DLR nor WDW websites list accessibility info for Oga's.

Thanks for the link. My friend is in an ECV and has Vestibular issues so I have passed it on ot her.
 
I use an ECV and have been in Oga’s twice. Be prepared to wait longer to get in. They will encourage you NOT to use your ECV but I didn’t have that option since there’s no where to sit for most guests inside Oga’s. Each time they put our party in the far right standing area where I could easily park my Go-Go. They will direct you as you go in and also direct you as you leave since it is crowded and dark so you don’t bump anyone.

This is untrue. There are a ton of booth seats around the entire perimeter. If you can transfer, you could ask for one over a standing table. It's where they sat us anyway with the chair. I would imagine with something like a collapsible chair, you could just transfer to a booth.

I’m guessing it would have been a LOT longer wait to get a seat each time we have visited Oga’s so that’s possibly why the cast member helped us keep our ECV. I have NEVER been offered a seating option at Oga’s. I was not saying they did not exist.
 
When we made our reservation we indicated we had a manual wheelchair and we had no extra wait. I realize that isn't an ECV, but they got us to our table right away.
