anyone know how how to do embedding? i wanted to put an iframe of vmk.com on my website but my friend said embedding would be better? i dont even know what it is. any help?

First, please fix your sig. You have too many images and honestly, the font below your name picture is just way way too big.

Second, you might start off by doing a google search on web building tutorials. Look for things there that mention embedding, it's probably a better place to look than here.
You might also try posting to the tech support board but you'll need to allow more than 15 minutes before asking if anyone has an answer.
