Offsite-TTC to MK, 2 different scenarios

We are touring MK 2 days (both now have a 9:00 open time), one day we'd like to be there by 8 for pictures & to be ready to head straight to Fantasyland.
The other day we have a 10:00 at CRT & would like to sleep in a bit, so plan on getting into MK 9:30.
What times should we plan on being at TTC each day--does a later start time make that much of a difference?
Coming from Indian Creek area, if you know how far that is from TTC...

1. Be in the TTC/parking lot by 7:00-7:15.
2. Be in the TTC/parking lot by 8:45.

If you mean "Indian Creek - Kissimmee, FL" area.
Figure travel time at about 20-25 min.
Longer with rush hour traffic.
