Offsite Meals

We are staying offsite in November (near Lake Buena Vista Outlets). I've booked a fair number of character meals onsite, but wanted to wing it and be more casual for dinner. What are some recommendations for great, easy, family-friendly places to eat in the immediate Disney area?

Giordano's Pizza. Its awesome, and a must-do on our trips.

Biggest, deepest, heaviest pizza you have ever eaten.

HUGE portion sizes and reasonable prices.







Its got a very family-friendly, relaxed atmosphere too.







Highly recommended by my fellas! (and me, too)

I know!!!

We ended up ordering WAY too much food....it was our first visit, and we were totally unprepared for just how deep that pizza was. We could easily have gone without any appetizers at all and still had plenty of food for our trio (and my guys can EAT....a lot! ).

My DS enjoyed the leftovers for breakfast for many of the following mornings!!

One word of caution that I should probably toss out about Giordano's.....because of the deep-dish nature of the pizza, it takes longer to cook than regular pizza. If your group is already near starving when you arrive, be aware that it will take about 45 minutes from ordering to get that pizza on your table.

Its well worth the wait, IMHO, but could be problematic if you have little ones that aren't so patient. Of course, you can always order ahead and do take-out as well.

A brilliant idea . Their cheesy bread is soooo good.....and HUGE! (enough for a table of 4 to share)
