Most of the area surrounding Universal is not zoned for short term rentals.

Since this doesn't have to do with Universal resorts, I'm going to move it to a more appropriate forum.

No short term rentals are allowed in Orange County. They are allowed in Polk, Lake, and Osceola. YOu might want to try a time share.
