Offsite Hotels after Disney POR Resort

First visit to WDW - will be staying in POR for 5 nights.
After that, we will go to the gulf coast for another 4-5 days to rest and recuperate.

On our return, we are planning to go to the Space Centre for a day and a half. Any recommendation on a nice, clean hotel that is not too expensive ?

Then we will be back in Orlando to for 2 days. We are thinking of going to SeaWorld for a day at least. MAYBE even another day back 1 Disney park.

I need advise where to stay for 2 nights.
Do I stay near Disney or near SeaWorld ?
How far apart are these parks from each other anyways ?
I am hoping to once again stay in a nice, clean hotel but nothing too expensive anymore because by then, I will most probably be almost broke.

FairField by Marriott on Canada Avenue is nice and clean. Plus comes with a free breakfast. I know it can be had for 80.00 dollars a night with the Orlando magic Card.

You could try Priceline. When I was searching for a hotel, some of the responders got really good deals. You can choose if you want 2 star, 3 star, etc. and what area you want to stay in. I ended up choosing a hotel, because we are going to SW and didn't want to be by Universal. Otherwise, I would have used Priceline.
