Offsite hotel recommendations anyone?

Is the Four Points Sheraton really walking distance? How often do the shuttles run?

It is walkable, but we took a cab each time, which was $8 out and about $6 back. The shuttles run at 7 something, 8:40, and 10:30 am, no idea when they come back. Had a really good experience at FPS, but it is just a place to stay, and nothing special, if that makes sense.
