Offsite FP+ boking question

I plan to go to MK on March 26. If I purchase tickets online now (to pick up at will call) and link to dining reservations on MDE, is there any chance I will be able to make FP+ reservations in advance?

And, how early does will call open?

At this point, it appears that only a few guests have been selected to test the advance booking for FP+. It does appear to be linked to ADRs, though. They've received e-mails informing them that they can book if they have linked tickets.

Shoot, the title should read "booking", not "boking".

If I decide to buy tickets there, did someone say there are employees with iPads booking FP+ reservations for off-site guests BEFORE rope drop?

Yes. I've seen people say to look for the CMs with iPads roaming the rope drop crowd and see if they can set up your FP+ selections for the day. If not, most people say to ride 1 or 2 top tier rides and then do your FP+ selections at a kiosk near the back.
