Offsite for both Universal and Disney?

We are looking to visit both Disney and Universal (3-4 days at each) the end of Feb. Are there are recommendations for a 3-4 bedroom villa/condo that would be convenient to both? Traveling with late teens and really prefer the extra room that offsite gives us not to mention the cost savings. I guess we could do a split stay but was hoping to avoid the hassle of changing mid week.

There are a number of timeshare condos north of Disney Springs, on or just off of Palm Parkway, that are convenient to both WDW and Universal. We stayed in one a couple of weeks ago, and the drive to Universal was only 20 minutes (and we didn't have to get on I-4). Several of them have 3 and 4 bedroom units (the one we stayed in does not). There are also several along International Drive and near Sea World that would be a short drive to both and that have 3-4 bedrooms as well.

You can check the resort directories for the large timeshare exchange companies, RCI (rci.com) and Interval International (intervalworld.com), without being a member, to identify resorts you might be interested in. Both companies rent out units, but you can also find rentals by owners on the Timeshare Users Group website at https://tug2.com/timeshare-classifieds/default.aspx.
