Offsite and MM hours

I understand that if you stay onsite you can take advantage of MMH any time it is offered, and that if you stay offsite you can choose ONE day.

Is that with any ticket or is that a special promo ticket?

When you get the "Bonus" tickets. Which are 3 day or longer PHs.

Most 3 day + PHs come with 1 MM ~ few do not, military & convention PHs come to mind.
