While at WDW during my Fourth of July trip,I went by Guest Relations and asked about the Fastpass policy. The Cast Member said that indeed the Fastpasses are only valid for the stated window. However,AT THE ATTRACTION CAST MEMBER'S DISCRETION,you MAY be allowed to use the Fastpass anytime that day after the beginning of the window and it is perfectly acceptable to do this if the Cast Member allows it.After I found this out,I used several Fastpasses long after the close of the window and was never denied admittance to the attraction.I didn't use a Soarin' Fastpass I got the first thing one morning until that night. There is always a chance the Cast Member will not accept a Fastpass outside of the window. It worked out great for me on my trip! :)

During our Fourth of July trip we also used our fastpasses later than the window given. We were told by a cast member we could use it the next day also because they check time and not the date. This also worked everytime we tried it.

There have been countless times that I went back to Space Mtn & Test Track during my window...and the rides have been down...down for the entire duration of my window. I have always used them later in the day & never once had a problem.

We were there last week, took advantage of FP many times, the majority of which were way after the closed window time. Not one CM ever even looked at the time. They just took the FP and said Have a great time! Personally, I don;t think the CM's care about the time. :cool1:
