Best Friend and I really like Sugar, Bob and I think his name is Charlie, the gay guy. We really don't like Crystal, GC, Ken, or Ace.

I REALLY want to like Crystal - she's the hometown girl for me, but . She hasn't impressed me at all so far.

GC and Ace are on my last nerve, and Ken has "impressed" me so much that I don't even know who that is .

Wow, this thread used to generate a lot more chatter. I wonder if we are all underwhelmed by the contestants this time around. I too like Sugar. For all the obvious reasons. I'm going to get tired of Charlie really quick.

I was amused in tribal when there were two votes for Ace.. Paloma's smile was ear to ear, then the votes turned.. and so did her smile. Poor thing, from estactic to bummed in a split second

We don't like Ace very much at our house. Sugar truly shocked us last night. We are a little surprised that the gold medal winner isn't better in challenges.

After last night, Sugar (or the blond bimbo as she is known at my house) is high on the list of favorites. She was clearly out of her element searching for the idol but kept on anyhow. Now if she would just dump Ace - he really annoys me for some reason. We also like Bob the physics teacher from Maine and DD really would like to see Crystal go far just because she was in track and field.

I like Dan and Sugar had me pulling for her last night. I thought it was hilarious that she found the idol and the lawyer didn't.

I also like Matty and Crystal. The shots of all the wild animals have been amazing, trully enjoy that aspect.

In the beginning of the first episode there were two immunity necklace's at the top of the hill, the first 2 people to get to them would be immune from the first tribal council their tribe would go to.

Did anyone else notice how Sugar's clothes/jewelry kept changing while looking for the idol? Even during her interviews her stuff kept changing.

I was with some of you who said that it was pretty clear who would be winning the challenges. They focused way too much on the one tribe beforehand about who they would get rid of. Plus, the flag going up in the demo of the immunity challenge- weird!

I don't know, guess I'm not liking the editing this year. Sure hope it gets better!

I'm not sure what modelling work she has done but she has actually had acting jobs. I believe she was on a couple episodes of The Gilmore Girls.

nono. Retro. She has a 50's kind of look to her (face and hair I suppose) and so her modeling calls are evidently in that genre.

LOL. We wanted to like Crystal too but she seems kinda pitiful for an Olympic gold medalist. She could barely make it up the hill in the first episode. Plus I know it's mean, but we don't like her voice. LOL.
