Reading this makes me want to skip my fire dispatcher training and go today but I can't. Next weekend is going to rock. Hoping for Warwick auto and chip and dale but that's it. May the force be with you all today

How do the autograph Fasspasses work? My husband can go at 4:30 a.m., but I don't think DS6 would be up for it. But we don't need more than one autograph. Could DS6 use the FP, with DH waiting in line with him to take his photo.

This is our first SWW, so I have no idea how this thing works.

It's one wristband/fastpass per person per day. They will put a wristband on you around 6:30am so at that time no one can join you in the line, then around 7am they give you your fp outside the gates. There have been some reports of parents giving their wristbands to they kids to meet the celeb, some have been succesful doing this some have not. If you don't have a wristband/fastpass you're not allowed to wait inside the ropes when it's your turn to meet the celeb. You can wait on the outside and take pictures of your family member that has the wristband/fp...I hope this explains how it works, if you have any other questions let me know

Wondering how my planning will work out! What time do i have to be at park for JTA 730 am is my goal! Plan is me an my 4 boys get in line for JTA while mom goes to get FP for TSM an then meet mom an ride on TSM will line be to long to ride by then? Then hit RNRC an tower of terror! Wanna hit all big rides right after rope drop an then meet some star wars characters! Any pointers? Thanks!!

Be at the turnstiles at the latest at 7:15am, the park has been opening before 7:30 and then go straight to JTA, the line gets very long if you wait a couple of minutes after park opening. The rest of your plan looks great!. Prioritize your characters. Disney SW characters have long lines all day and they are in the sun so I would go there first, then Chewbacca and Vader.

Can someone help me on where the exact location of these characters are. Ive been reading kennythepirate and I know I saw something on there before, now i just see a map and I dont know what the locations are called.

My son will probably only want to see:
Jedi Mickey, Princess Leia Minnie, Darth Goofy and stormtropper Donald
Darth Vader,Luke skywalker and Anakin

also what time do the meet and greets start? we are going to try and sign up for Jedi Training/ get fast passes then go do all the meet and greets.

Like I said before, be at the park at the latest at 7:15am, straight to JTA, send someone to grab fp's for TSM.
Order in which to meet the characters by your list of priorities:
Disney SW they meet near the exit to Great Movie Ride: they rotate so this will be the longest line you'll make, they come out around 8am. sometimes you get 2 at a time (like Darth Goofy and Stormtrooper Donald) and sometimes they come out one at a time...

Go to Darth Vader, his line will be long but it's under roof, he meets at the exit to Backlot Tour

Anakin's line also rotate with other of the Jedi Coincil. He meets near the San Francisco mural at Streets of America. Check Kenny's site for the times he comes out

Luke meets inside Darth Mall behind Rock and Rollercoaster. he also rotates with Leia, R2D2 and C3P0. Check Kenny's site for times.

By the posts it looks like they opened around 7:30am. Maybe a bit earlier
The stormtrooper show is done right after they let people thru the turnstiles, so they can be at the roped off area (corner of Hollywood and Vine) when they start.

Anybody have an estimate on what time the last person to get a Warrick Davis fastpass got there? We are going to try next Sunday and are trying to figure out how early we need to be there.

FYI!!' They don't have autograph books anywhere but the mall this weekend!!! Several shops have told us that they had them last weekend but not this weekend!! Totally sucks as we won't have one now - by the time we get to the mall we will have seen all of the characters already...sigh....bad plan Disney!!

Do they give any sort of indication about how far the bands will run out, or will they give out however many standby bands there are for those left?

There was no line. Walked up at 7:55. If I had made it 10 mins sooner would have made it.

awww Yes!! the dreaded butt cracks...I've seen plenty.

As for the autograph books....make sure to check at the Gifts shops before entering anyways, maybe they just didn't re-stock them for today but they might be available for the rest of the weekends...

We got one at the cart near where the Fab 4 meet. She had 2 left and said they had been selling like hot cakes. MTFBWY here today. Weather good and crowd actually seems a bit light today.
