:grouphug: We South Jersey people have to stick together. Hubby goes to Haddonfield often for a doctor's appointment. I usually go with....maybe we can meet up before our trips. lol I need to get my clock to the repair shop....one of my uncles messed with it during my grandfather's move and it doesn't chime anymore.

whoo-hoo!!!! :yay: We are SO gonna at least say Hi to each other!!!

:welcome: I'll make sure you get added.

...

That clock shop has been there forever! When are your dates and where are you staying? Duh just realized I can look on the first post.

Having such a hard time finding reasonable airfare now that our dates are nailed down. Ugh

We're coming in on 11/15 -11/22 for my sixth trip to Pop since May of 2010. This time it will be me, DS29 and Dgd 4. We'll be there for her birthday. The night of her birthday we're having dinner with Cinderella. I'll be one smiling grandfather.

High airfare is the reason we decided to take the AutoTrain. I've been watching airfare since the beginning of 2012 and I knew what we would pay (even out of Trenton & AC), so we decided on a new adventure.

Wonderful! And what a birthday celebration that will be! :)

Hello all! We are joining you from Nov. 9th - 16th. We will be staying at in two rooms at the Pop Century. This will be the kiddos second trip. Their last trip was in 2011. Hubby and I stayed at POR last December, so we are excited to show the kiddos all of Disney's Christmas time specialness. 97 days to go!!

I'm starting to get excited!!!! Anyone else? :mickeyjum :donald: :dumbo:

I am right there with you!! As of yesterday, I was finally able to score a CRT ressie. We got it for an early dinner for the night we were planning on MVMCP. I am soo excited because I was starting to think it wasn't gonna happen. I think I am finally happy with all my ADRs and park day plans, so now I just sit and wait. :)

Oh, I also stumbled upon a prepark opening Crystal Palace as well! Yesterday was a really lucky day for me LOL. Maybe I shoulda bought one of those Powerball tickets ;) ;)

:rotfl2:"Starting" to get excited?

I've been there for awhile....had a drop when the resort had to change, but now I'm back in full swing of excitement. :cool1:

Yay!!! I have been so busy this summer and trying to set aside money for the trip. I'm finally seeing the end in site so that's is exciting!! I'm ready for the kids to get back in school so I can get some planning done!

I've been excited for ages now. My family look at me like I'm being ridiculous, but yep, I get excited three months before a holiday to WDW! I was excited before 180 days. I was excited when we booked the trip in the first place, haha.

As you can see from my ticker, we booked the trip over a year ago, so with almost a year and a half notice. It's been a long wait, but it will be rewarding when we finally go!

I am getting impatient for the trip to come, but shouldn't wish time away I suppose. :)

I understand that!! We were supposed to go LAST November but we had to cancel. That is one reason that I was excited, but hesitant because you just never know what may happen. Unless something tragic happens, out trip is on!! :cool1: I can't imagine how I will feel once its paid off!!:rotfl2:

I'm driving my kids crazy already so it has been fun!!;)

Driving just your kids crazy? Hmmm I must really have it bad. I even tell the people at the grocery check out, doctors office......you name it.
The count down is on my phone. And yes I've had eyes rolled at me, especially when the vacation was more than 6 months away. I know there are some people that wish I would just get the trip over with, but that's there problem.
:dance3: I've got you all to dance with!!!!!

I am so excited!

Still trying to get the BOG reservation we want - have been trying since my 180 days :( - but I have everything else and I'm so ready! :D

Have you subscribed to the November adr cancellation thread? There have been a few people post bog cancellations in the last few days! Keep trying!

Ok fellow November travelers, what kind of clothing are you packing for your family? Anyone been in November before who can tell me what the weather was like? I've seen the average highs and lows online but just curious about first hand experiences.

We generally bring a few pair of shorts, one pair of jeans, and one sweater/sweatshirt/hoodie, and shirts. We had a few windy days in past novembers.

LOL a little of everything!!! We only go in November, (usually the week of and after Thanksgiving) and the weather can be so unpredictable!!! During the day, you can get anything from hot, pool weather, to chilly jeans and a tee shirt with a little jacket weather. For parks in particular, I go with jeans and a short sleeves shirt, and carry a little zip up sweater with me. I believe back in '05 I was in full on winter gear - coat, gloves and earmuffs!!! Thank goodness I had them all with me being we had to stop in NC before going to Disney. I would definitely have a little mixed bag. You never know! Enjoy!!

I'm glad you asked this because I have been second guessing my thoughts of what to pack. Originally I was thinking sunny Florida hot, but know that at night a jacket is definitely needed. I know by day I will have sneakers, but was thinking sandals at night, but now questioning that too.

I remember when we went in 1988 early November, during the day it was warm and I didn't have a jacket but once the sun went down I was freezing.
Then in late October 2010 it was so hot and in the 90s during the day, at night I didn't need a jacket and carried it for nothing.

I guess I'll be watching the 10 day forcast before I leave, and plan to pack a little of everything. I have not issue with layering for night.

I'm totally ok with how to dress for the parks, it's more the ADRs with dress code. Need to think those through.

Noticed that I needed to change my dates. We are 11/16-11/23. Still at CSR.

Also is there a Facebook group

Since it will be cold when we leave Pittsburgh, we will have jeans/coats/gloves with us. I plan on packing a bit of everything (warm and cold weather clothes)for each of us. I will be checking the ten day forecast before we leave and pack according to that. BUT our last visit in February 2010 we had a day where it was 38(!) degrees when we woke up. At night it was chilly a few times to the point where the kids had gloves and jackets on too. So I am coming prepared for all sorts of weather ;)
