The rumour that Fantasyland is getting a massive makeover, complete with Twin Dumbo's, Little Mermaid Ride, and a host of other things is TRUE.

OH NO! If I remember the plans, don't they involve removing the Magic Carpet Ride from Adventureland and turning it into the 2nd Dumbo? That will break my daughter's heart if they do that. She is a huge Aladdin fan. Our last trip she dressed up as Jasmine and rode the Magic Carpets in her costume about 6 times in one day!

WDW, yes

It will be located mostly over the top of Toontown

Toontown will now be demolished

Well that doesn't make any sense to me... why demolish a popular land when they can build Fantasy back since there's much more prime land behind what we know Fantasyland as now?

Oh my gosh, I am SO excited! I think this is going to be great! We are already planning on going to DL in 2012 to see the new DCA, now it looks like we better plan a trip in 2013 for the new Fantasyland at the MK in WDW!

When does construction begin?

Will current Dumbo be closed during construction?

Where can we find Mickey during and after construction?

Only the Barnstormer will remain, and will be re-themed. Toontown will GO COMPLETELY, including Mickey's House!!!
