Hi, everyone!

Friday was the last day of school until next year! Yay! (But I have to go back January 2nd. Boo!)

I've got our list updated. Hopefully, I can spend a little time over the break sifting through to make a post for ADRs. If anyone wants to PM me with a list...or what parks you plan on being in on which days or any other information you'd like for me to post...feel free!

Today is our 180-day mark. I did not get up first thing, but it was still essentially the first thing I did when I woke up. Here's our list:

6/22: Tusker House 8:00am
6/24: Via Napoli 6:30 pm
6/25: California Grill 9:15 pm (hoping to watch Wishes!)
6/27: Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room 2:05 pm

Not much, but we're on the QSDP. I may go back and sneak in a breakfast at Kona....

Wow, I just made a bunch of ADRs on Friday and we will be at Via Napoli at 7pm on the 24th!

I was just reading the thread where someone asked about Spring break vs June and everyone was saying how they would never go in June again and it rains everyday. Well, I had to come here and visit with other "June" people just to make myself feel better. Our choice was go during the school year and only have a week or go during summer and have two weeks. We went with two weeks in June.

It's been a busy week but I called Wednesday at our 180 day mark and got all the ressies I wanted for our June 16-21 dates. I even got the wishes dessert party on the 21st! I wanted to surprise my husband with the dessert party as that is his birthday. But I was so excited about getting it I ended up telling him!

I was able to make the two ADRs this morning that we really wanted for character dining. You used to be able to add notes if you were having a special event. Does anyone know how to do that online on MDE? We will be celebrating a few things, but the most important two are DGS's birthday and our other DGS's first visit. Thanks!

I don't know about online, but when I called to make some changes they asked if we were celebrating anything and I told them. The next time I called the person already knew.

We are going to be postponing our trip until June 2015. A bunch of things happened and it will work out better for us to go next year. Good news is that since we have an extra year to save, we plan to stay at the Polynesian. It has been my dream to stay there some day.

I hope everyone has a great trip and I may see some of you in the June 2015 planning group.

We are going to be postponing our trip until June 2015. A bunch of things happened and it will work out better for us to go next year. Good news is that since we have an extra year to save, we plan to stay at the Polynesian. It has been my dream to stay there some day.

Aw, sorry to hear that. When I first started planning this trip 5 years ago, I thought we were going to stay at the Poly. Each year the price went up out of our reach, or at least more than we wanted to spend. In 2015 we will be back at DLR, WDW is just too expensive to do again the next year. I'm thinking this is a once in a life time trip for us, but we'll see. If I love it too much, we may have to go again sometime.

I think you add trip notes in MDE online. I know when you add your travel companions, you input their birthdays. I haven't seen anything else, but if I find something, I'll post it!

However, last summer mine ripped off my purse at DLR so I have to make a new one. I've tried putting the small ones on the backpack DH carries but those always fall off when he stuffs it in the little baggage compartment on rides.

Welcome! Huge group! We've traveled with six as our biggest group..sometimes the nicest part was getting away from everyone... Seriously...okay...we're in X park today. ADR at Y location at Z time. Be there, or else; otherwise, have fun!

We did the ribbon one year...tied it to our stroller. I think when I sold that stroller earlier this year, there was still ribbon wrapped around the wheel....

Oh, with my keychain this past June... I met... One person. That's it. All the DIS'ers I've ever encountered -- and we had a couple of meets planned... both bailed. (One because her DD didn't want to go back to EP, and the other because they got sick...and we all but RAN to get to that meet...) The one person I met approached me on my birthday while I was getting FPs for something (test track?). I was getting sick and didn't know what to say at all. (Just felt horrible.) Hopefully, future meets will be better!

I already had you in The List with your dates and all that... so you've mentioned it somewhere, and I didn't miss it! I love, love, LOVE Lady and the Tramp, too! (In fact...it's about time to make time to watch it again....)

I did a tag and laminated it one year...and then it rained. I think that was TS Debby that year. Everything was water-logged, even that tag. So, a friend of mine did paint wooden door hangers (if you haven't seen these things, she gets shapes cut out of plywood and paints them). She ventured into pins and keychains and whatnot, so last year, I asked her to do those for me. It was right up until the last minute before she got them done, so where they normally would have been $10 each, she gave them to me for free.

But...

Maybe I could get Dad to do the cut-outs and paint some myself. Hmm.....
