70 more days to go....We celebrated this morning by making chocolate chip Mickey waffles!! YUMMY!!

We're SO excited. We will be there June 22-29th. We've always been in March and it was perfect. Spring Break crowds were a little high but nothing like I'm expecting the June crowd to be. I have a question though...does anyone know when we can book golfing reservations and where I should book them? My Dad and my hubby want to go and I am NOT a golfer but I am the one booking everything. So, if you have any input, please let me know. Also, would they have golf clubs to rent? My family is stationed in the UK and the idea of dragging the clubs all over the States when we go on vacation is NOT a good thought!

Here's the number to call for Golf reservations 407-939-4653. I don't know about renting clubs. They should be able to answer all of your questions at that number though. We will be arriving on the 19th and staying until the 26th.

Reservations are finally made now I am panicking about foot wear. I don't want to run out and spend a bunch of money on new shoes not knowing if we will like them or not. What is everyone's favorite for kids ? My kids are horrible about telling me if a shoe is not comfortable. How do crocs do with foot sweat? Sorry I know its a gross question but that is my hubby's number one concern with buying those. Also so I am not crazy if I start a Disney box now ? There are so many little things I don't want to forget.

We wear our Crocs with the ultra low-cut moisture wicking socks at WDW. Absolutely no blisters, and nice comfy feet!!

I wear Crocs one day and switch to running shoes or Keen sandals the next. I find if I alternate, I avoid blisters, or maybe I just avoid footwear boredom.

Just starting a disney box? I started mine a few months ago I guess I'm just that OCD. I already bought mister fans, socks for the whole family, disney tshirts, ponchos, autograph books....
As for shoes, we are going to buy the Trekkers from Land's End. They go easily from land to water and you don't have to wear socks with them. They had great reviews and my friend at work swears by them. She did say that they do need some time to break in before the trip. They cost $30. The girls' Mary Jane style is really cute too. I hope my DD8 likes them.

We will be back at the Lodge on the 31st of May. Celebrating our fifth anniversary, which is actually this week, while we are down there and celebrating my brother in-law and soon be sister in-law's honeymoon with their DD2.

Fun fact. We were married on the Sunrise Terrance at the Lodge. Hard to imagine staying anywhere else since that is where we got married!

We will be at All Star Music June 4th thru 11th with our 4 kidos in tow. Our 4 year old will be celebrating her 5th birthday on the 9th at Cinderella's Castle for dinner.

We started our Disney box a couple of months ago, and are now even purchasing snacks that we plan on taking! DD got a new bathing suit and coverup yesterday and it went straight into the box!!

The Kids and I ONLY wear Crocs! We love em!!!!!! The foot sweat is not an issue for us at all! Plus if It rains at night/day (always possible in Fl.) they dry out quick. So Thumbs up from us on the Crocs!!

I started a disney box too! This year I'm bringing ponchos and umbrella with us so it won't rain!!! LOL!!!! Last year we didn't bring them and it rained a ton for our whole trip. We even got dripped on at Chef Mickey's. Yes, the ceiling leaked right on our table and seat.

Please add us to the list! We will be in Disney June 16-23, staying offsite at a home in Windsor Palms! Going down to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, DD's golden birthday, and my 40th birthday! Can't wait for those dole whips and Mickey bars!

The 4/3 deal sent all our original plans into a tailspin. We are now staying June 13-21 at POFQ. (with US having the same hotel deal, DH decided to move over to the RPR for our 2nd week in Orlando)
