Bib choices- something to keep in mind is the color of the numbers. I think it was a problem for some runners and their pictures. The light colored numbers didn't show up as well when Marathonfoto posted them. Might want to take a look at some of the previous bibs to decide if it's worth possibly missing out on some great pictures!

I remember reading that on the 2013 PH fb page...may just ask over there who choose what princess and had very little problems with their photos...cause I remember there being a lot of problems with photos!

For those registering through perks of being a Disney Visa card holder, will we receive an email notification with a link to early registration? Or will we need to visit the rewards site?

TIA!! :goodvibes

Crappity, Crap, Crap! Am I right in thinking there's still been no word on whether or not there will be early registration for Visa card holders? I knew I was going to be in a training class on the 11th and was just planning to have BF register me as soon as it opened...but just realized the scehdule calls for our whole department that day to be in training, which includes BF! I thought it was one of the days our department was going to be split up. :headache: CRAP! If there isn't going to be an early registration for Visa holders, I'm going to have to come up with another plan. :scared:

I know in 2012 princess I submitted one 10k time to get updated, got an email from rundisney saying "we recvd your time and it has been changed". I then a couple months later did better at a 10k and submitted that time, I got an email back saying "thank you but we already have your corral placement". So now, I just wait until right before the deadline then submit my best time. As for as a bib, I just pick the princess that I know will match my outfit :). I chose sleeping beauty because I knew it would be a pink bib which matched my pink and black outfit..... Priorities people!!!

Ditto! I've already called about the Dopey and was informed they would accept 1 POT change. Wait until your last wait before the deadline to submit.

I've never received an email. Disney Visa doesn't have it listed on their site yet. You will find it by logging in select "See More Information" under Show Rewards, and then on the right side column select "See Disney Offers." I'm not sure when/if they will be updating the site for PHM early registration. For DL and WDW January weekend, the offers were up weeks beforehand.

Dumb question here. I have an AP voucher; DH doesn't. Can I still register both of us at the same time?

I have a voucher too, but I think I read it has to be activated before I can use it. Which is a bummer because I don't want it activated until February.....anyone have another experience?

You could suddenly become ill  about 11:55am and leave and sign up and then make a sudden recovery ;)

This is currently #1 on my list of possible plans :) The topic being discussed in that particular session doesn't even really apply to me anyway!

I'm in the same boat! I will be in the middle of the Grand Canyon when registration opens.......I don't know what to do if there isn't early registration for visa holders.:scared:

Thank you! Now I'm stressed about not being able to register early... I guess we shall see!

FYI, just in case anyone was interested. Just called rD and talked with a woman who verified DVC registration will open on the 6th at noon EST. She said go to dvcmember site and click on the appropriate link. So now I just have to wait and see if I'll be able to register all three of us even though I'm the only DVCmember! ARGggg!

Thank goodness. I have logged in everyday to see if they posted the info on the site.
You should be able to register whom ever you need if you have access to the dvc site, unless they changed the way they do it this time.

Awesome to hear!! Keeping my fingers crossed for early registration for Disney Visa :thumbsup2

I emailed runDisney about the race retreat. I was wondering if they'd have it for the 10k/GSC, on the website it only mentions the half currently. But I haven't been finding the RD website to be all that accurate or helpful thus far. I received a response today that there will not be a retreat for the 10k, only the half. I'm a bit disappointed, as it will be my first RD race, and the crowd size and logistical challenges make me a bit nervous, but I guess it's less money to fork over ;)
