Thanks for starting this! I've got a kinda solo trip Feb 2-6 at OKW. It started as a solo trip, but some friends will be there at the same time so we are going to do some things together.

I'll be coming back to WDW with my wife and two close friends to celebrate one of those friend's 50th birthday!

We'll be at CBR from February 20th-25th.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new Test Track, checking out The Beak and Barrel, and crossing my fingers for a BTM re-oppening (not holding my breath on that).

I have Feb 7 - 11 booked but am debating changing it to Feb 9 - 13 so I can do two After Hours parties instead of just one. And save some money since there are no value available for the Canadian discount Feb 7 - 11. It is to be my first solo trip, kiddo is apparently "too old" to travel with his "boring mom". So he gets to go to school instead ha ha. Now I just need to decide what to do about the dates.

We’re straddling end of Feb into early March. The February part will be at Riviera with that Passholder discount. We rented points for the rest of the trip and had planned on staying Value for the first 6 days. However … I’m weak and love Riviera!

I was unable to get a discount for our late Jan-early Feb stay at POP so thinking of switching to renting points for the first time. Super nervous but also excited!

I'm coming to BCV January 27th to February 4th. I don't know if this counts for February, since I'm arriving in January, but I'll be there the first 4 days of February.

Trying not to chicken out on what has turned out to be my first solo trip in early February. Fingers crossed I have the courage not to reschedule. Kicking the can down the road won't help. No one I know wants or can afford to go to Disney anymore. Sad but true!

I feel like I can and should add myself here... I have flip flopped my dates (actual reservations, and also in my brain as I've second guessed myself) a million times... but I *think* I'm locked in... and settled... probably... 🤣

January 29 to February 3!!!

I guess I get to post in two countdown threads so that's really fun too!
And so far, this is a vortex blender of a trip, but that's OK!
Jan 29th - Solo at POR.
Jan 30th - Move to Coronado - Gran Destino. My friends arrive too!
Jan 31st - My son arrives, so back to the airport to pick him up.
Feb 1st - We're all together
Feb 2nd - My friends depart, my son and I hit HS and Star Wars big time!
Feb 3rd - Son and I hit Disney Springs and shop until our late flight home.

Hope I can keep all that straight!

Fingers crossed I have the courage not to reschedule
I LOVE my solo trips! You don’t have to worry about anyone but yourself. 🤣 I’ve found it easy to chat with people in line or waiting for the parade/fireworks.

And let’s be honest, no one knows or really notices you’re solo. For all they know you ditched your family at a ride and are meeting up with them later.

I also haven’t found table service to be too weird as a solo. The wait staff usually make it easy to chat with.

I appreciate the encouragement! I am leaning toward going and your post is so helpful in that regard. I see there is even an After Hours event during my visit. It's tempting!!!
