The selfie sticks will not be allowed past the bag check at any theme park, water park or at DisneyQuest.
Guests will have the option of checking their device for pickup near the main entrance.
Disney has been banning the sticks from certain rides since they became popular with parkgoers, but Disney said people are ignoring the signs.
On Wednesday, the California Screamin' roller coaster at Disney California Adventures Park was stopped after a passenger pulled out a selfie stick during the ride.
