Some friends were visiting from Tennessee and Georgia last weekend so I was away from the computer for a couple of days.

We had high tea with all the trimmings while they were here. Sort of like a girl's day in. My mom made scones among other things. And of course we had to have jam, clotted cream and lemon curd to go with the scones. I actually made the lemon curd from scratch. I was proud of myself for that one. It turned out pretty good too.

Family was visiting, so I wasn't on for a few days. And now I'm leaving early friday morning for massachusets...I'm glad I dropped in to see the pictures
