I forgot: I loved the part when Rex showed her the videotape of what he was looking for. After Bree watched it, she looked at Rex and said, "What the hell did your mother do to you??" OMG!!

I forgot about that!

That was some dress - oh to look like that again! But that was 13 years and 4 kids ago! I guess I will just have to wear a little more fabric for my dinner dates!

As for Bree and REx - do you think she actually goes ahead with it? She is so uptight it kills me! She is one great actress though - total opposite character in DH than the one she played on Melrose Place!

Sorry, that isn't her. The woman who played that part on Northern Exposure died in 2002, her name was Peg Phillips.

after he had his heartattack, the kids wanted her to take care of him. so, he's been living there. last week, he "chased" away the pharmacist, and i don't think Bree could stoop to Rex's level and be unfaithful--she still loves Rex and she knows he loves her. so, in therapy, she said she still wanted to "try" at her marriage...so, i guess that's what they are doing...trying.

I thought last week was a rerun? I missed it to where they got back together. I knew he had been living there, but I completely misse the pharmacist being out of the picture.

Last week (Superbowl Sunday) was a rerun...but not a current rerun. The last new episode before this one was ending with Rex going to the pharmacy to refill his heart meds. Paul (?) the pharmacist, said he couldn't find it (while showing us he was pretending). Rex then pretty much warned him to stay away from Bree (forget the funny way he put it...it might be in this thread somewhere--not too far back!). That's when Rex left and they showed the pharmacist putting Rex's meds in the trash! I don't think they had a "reunion" on the show...kind of more like an "understanding" while getting back together. (IMHO, I know Bree loves Rex and doesn't want a divorce, and has wanted to 'try' their marriage again....same for him)

The Mrs. McCloskey actress is also one of the manifestations of God that shows up on Joan of Arcadia from time to time. Her voice is unmistakable.

I thought what she said to Lynette's children at the end was very touching.

I wonder with what we know about Lynette and what's to come with her drug problem and her husband that the neighbor won't play a bigger part in her life. I don't see Lynette as a bad parent, her kids are just out of control. The neighbor could really help with that aspect that some of Lynette's friends can't.

That would be an interesting direction to go. She could be the key to getting the boys under control. Hmmmm .....
