I didn't like Edie. She just didn't 'fit in' with the girls IMO. I don't think I'll even miss her. I don't even remember her story line. I was watching last season a few weeks ago (on lifetime) I didn't even remember why Edie left Wisteria Lane. She wasn't in the last episode. She was blackmailing Brea.

I wasn't a huge fan of Edie, so I probably won't miss her, although I did like the bantering between her & Susan at times. They could be pretty funny. :happytv:

Ya gotta have a bad girl in every show and I loved Edie for that. The show is fizzling out anyways....

This has been a really boring season. If I miss an episode it doesn't seem to matter to me or what happens on the show. It just moves much too slowly. And wouldn't you know, the few times I have been able to watch it, I've seen the same episode now THREE times -- Eli Scruggs!

That's why I liked Edie. Susan drives me up the wall with all her whining and drama. I loved how Edie puts her in her place.

I think Edie is kinda man stupid...I mean did you see her expressions about what her husband said to her during there conversation about his ex-wife :lmao: I mean if my DH said that I would be sitting up and saying "WHAT"!!!!!:scared1: she just looked at him with a big question mark over her head

He told her in so many words that the marriage has meant nothing and will be over soon...wake up Edie. I wonder if he is going to kill her off and that is how she will leave the show?

He is really creepy....her DH that is.

ITA that this season has been slow.

And the 2 little girls are driving me crazy. Would have been more interesting if they had had 2 little beauty queens that took after her....

You know, I like that are children are not 'perfect' - it makes sense. Gabby has spent her adult trying to be perfect, living perfect, looking perfect and putting on a front. Well, children are a reflection of her and how she’s spent her life since they were born and Carlos was blind. Wynita is a 'perfect' view of Gabby's real self to the world AND Gabby can't manipulate them either. The girls win. I like that. It shows her venerable side. It's endearing.[/FONT]

DJM, I agree with you.

BUT... I think it would be funnier if the girls were perfect and Gaby tried to compete with them. It's more likely of the Gaby we've known over the years. Especially as the girls start to approach their peak and Gaby is past her modeling prime. She could be the stage mom who tries to make her DDs even more perfect. I think that would be a funnier and more ironic twist to DH instead of the boringness that the season has given us so far.

I like that too!! That would be fun to watch. :rotfl:

That's probably where we will be at in time after the next flash foward! an older Gabby with a 17 year old Juanita looking hot getting all the guys!

Anyone else wonder this: IF Lynette & Tom are in SUCH financial dires, why doesn't one of them go back to the advertising business where the big $ is? :confused3 Do they really need both of them to run the pizza joint?

True, but since we are 5 years in the future, they have been out of that business for 6 or more. They probably wouldn't be marketable. But then again, Carlos wouldn't have been able to waltz into the job he got, so what the heck do I know:upsidedow

Carlos also had a 'hook up'. I'm sure Lanette or Tom has some old friends in the Biz too. Also, I wonder where they are going with the Brea and Lanette story line. The last episode left so serious-like. I don't know why Lanette was so upset by Brea's behavior. It was VERY typical of Brea to do something like that. I would have cursed her out (in my head) but Lanette's reaction was over the top.

Susan is so getting on my nerves! She needs to grow up. At least Mike's girlfriend is not a total stranger.

I'm sorry but Tom should've put some fear into those snotty disrespectful little brats a long time ago. I wish Lynette hadn't stopped him. JMHO

Yeah. I guess it's supposed to show that she's afraid of getting replaced/still loves Mike, but it's just petty and annoying. And I'm one who generally likes Susan.

While I'm not the one to defend Susan (she has always annoyed me) what's her face was her friend. A real old friend at that. Mike should have been off limits - period. I would be annoyed at her presents let alone the reality that she was dating an ex-husband. I'd be making her life a living heck. My neighbor, my friend, now my ex's girlfriend. NO way!!! And now you’re all up in my son’s face. All the men in this world and she had to go across the street to her friends husband. If these were real people I’d help Susan cut her tires, TP her house, prank call her house, and write SLUT across her car window. :rotfl:

Actually, all Susan needs to do is go back to court and most judges will institute an order that child cannot stay overnight in a home with unmarried cohabitants.

I am so sick of the Scavos. I hated them from the pilot and my hate increases exponentially with every second of airtime. I was really hoping Tom was going to die in that tornado last season. Too bad he survived.
