I know the mother of Tom's love child was making financial threats at the end of last season. Did they pay her? I just can't figure out why Tom is putting up with her. Maybe there will be a little mud wrestling after all that rain between Lynette and Ms. Psycho .

I believe they gave her money and she put a down payment on a house near them....that's why she's always around.

wasn't Tom with Kayla's mom prior to Lynette? He didn't cheat on Lynette right?

why do they refer to her as "love child"?

I love the new title! This IS the original thread isn't it? That "Official" DH thread is more recent. Probably this thread didn't come up in the new Search function as it was typed in properly.

Mike's son, Zach wasn't in this episode either, was he? Or his other dad, Paul.

I have a feeling Mike will be the one to leave the show. They didn't pair him up with Susan til the last couple of episodes last season. He was just hanging around. Now he's in a coma. According to the IMDb, he's filming a movie now & has 3 other films in the works. His real-life wife had a baby a while ago, so he's pretty busy. Even if they give him time off to film, (the way they gave John, the gardener time away,) I can't see why that hottie would otherwise just hang around in a coma, even if DH is one of the hottest shows out.

I believe that last season, the storyline was that Tom had met the woman 11 years ago. But being that Kayla only looks to be about 9 (well, maybe she could be 10 and then the 11 year thing would be close-assuming Nora was pregnant 9 months.)

Tom always had his arm around her, (kayla) or on her shoulders, or holding her. The writers must really want us to know that Tom loves this daughter, so Lynette will have to accept her into the family.

Tom had a "one-niter" w/ Nora before he was married to Lynette...no cheating there. Referred to as "love child" because they aren't/weren't married.
Zak was not in this epi either....but they did mention Paul was in jail (Edie was trying to sell his house).

I just had a thought about the body at the end of the episode Sunday night....maybe it's Orson's neighbor, Carolyn, that came to the engagement party??

I highly doubt its his wife cause she's in the funny farm that Bree was in.

Talking about Tom & Linette - I loved the part where Linette asked who Tom was more afraid of and he told her that she scared the hell out of him!

When he told Kayla's Mom to leave the party, it was about time! But I do find the whole situation very funny to watch, especially when she threw herself across the boys in the Christmas picture. Did anyone notice if Penny was in the picture??? I just noticed the boys.

No, I think his neighbor that came to the party, Carolyn, is Laurie Metcalf and will have recurring roles. I'm lead to believe Orson killed her...and her bird! Orson is the one who is doing the work at the country club (per Bree at lunch w/ the girls) and it would be the perfect place to hide a body (his wife).

I don't think we know for sure exactly who Orson was visiting in the pychiatric hospital when he met Bree, but it's possible that I missed something I believe he told her it was a "friend"

I don't remember. I guess it might not be his wife but I'm not the only one who thought that it was his wife. Not sure why though. I wish I could see that scene again and see if she looks young or old etc...

iTunes had the season finale from last year available for Free Download for the 1st 1 Million people up for awhile. I don't know if it is still available or not but I have it on my computer.

You don't need a video iPod to view - you can view it from your computer with the iTunes software.

I just watched it a couple of weeks ago, (the whole season as a matter of fact ) and I thought it was his mother. I will check again when I get a chance. Can't do it now, I'm working

Does anyone know which episode that was? Was it the last one? Don't think I got time to watch all 24 episodes again
